Dave and Rich would like to support 2 charities :
Cancer Research UK : for obvious reasons. we all know people who have suffered from cancer and the devastating effect it can have. By supporting this charity, hopefully research into treatments will continue. It is no longer a death sentence, but the cure is not pleasant either. the more we can raise to improve the course of treatments, the better for everyone.
Motor Neurone Disease Association
We have recently seen the awful affect this disease can have on a close friend. Going from an active person, she was quickly unable to walk and talk. The latter was quite unexpected and meant also swallowing and eating is impossible. To be mentally aware, yet unable to express oneself, must be hell on earth.
