Additional Training

Apart from these weekend walks, and the usual early morning walks down the park. Dave is getting up early to walk for an hour around Plympton twice a week.
This has been particularly challenging as its been very cold.  However, just the right sort of climate for the trip.

Rich is also walking or cycling to work, and works out at the gym twice a week.

Neither of them have any after effects so far, so they must be on target.
